We had to start our stay two nights to spend in a very small and very poor room. The hotel was crowded. Only for five days we got a good room. The price for the two bad nights was not reduced.

The hotel is recommended for all, because of its good location near Grand Central Station.

It was spacious , bed was comfortable .
They kept telling me a time I could check in an the 5 times they told me they where not ready . One particular front desk kept getting snobby with me because they weren't ready like it was my fault . I got there around 12 didn't check in till about 4 pm .

There where employees that did make my stay a little better like the female attendant and the guy who help us with our luggage both those individuals where very nice an helpful .

The location was awesome. 2 minute walk to grand central station. The rooms were big for New York rooms......
Our shower head broke in mid shower. They were very responsive though. Had the head replaced very quickly.

Great location- 2 blocks from Grand Central, close to theatre, shopping, and Cenral Park. Great restaurants nearby and the staff was fabulous, especially the concierge.

Absolutely
Met our highest expectations

Hotel is absolutely a precious gem for those wanting a clean, safe stay in a perfect location. Only criticism is that the bathroom is small.

Location, location, location. Concierge was excellent.
Room was a bit dated.

The location is excellent. Contact with the concierge is key to getting a good leg up on local restaurants (Nirvana for curry, Marcony's. For Italian, Benjamins for steak). Also be sure and ask about a VIP pas for the Empire State Building - it does not get you in for free, but jumps you to the front of the security screening line- can be worth 5 hours of your time. The evening wine bar was very nice, and the staff was extremely courteous. ...read more

I loved the different waters and coffee set up it was a nice treat. Melissa and Kevin were the customer service highlights.
Sliding door in the bathroom was very jenky. (#807)

The botique hotel experience was one if the best I've experienced in New York. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Nice hotel, super friendly staff and excellent location!
Washroom was small.

An absolutely amazing hotel. The interior is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There was a daily happy-hour, with free wine being served in lobby from 5-6pm each day, ice-cold water was always available when entering the hotel from the summer heat, but the best thing about the hotel was it's great location.

Beautiful hotel.
Location was not convenient.

We arrived at 70 Park to check in- but we were told that there were no rooms there for us.
We were given cab fare and a bottle of wine for our trouble. We were very happy with our accommodations at INK 48. The only problem was that it was on the west side which was very inconvenient for us. When bidding on the hotel I did not include the west side so this area was not my first choice. ...read more
