Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Roof Inn Batavia
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 11, 2013

The room was small yet effective for the money. There is local shopping in the area but if you want anything after 9:00 PM, it felt like the town closes. So get what you need before hand. It's located right off of the turnpike. There is a casino a mile or 2 away and they have a shuttle to go there. The casino (from what I heard) has only slots.

It might just be a fluke, but I had my car parked away from other vehicles with a handicap tag hanging from mirror. It was a Sat nite before Cinqo de Mayo and their bar had a karaoke nite, there is also another motel sharing the parking lot - bottom line the driver-side passenger door of my car got dented by either someone kicking it or throwing something at it. I purposely parked away from other vehicles for easier access for my mother to get in the building - stairs only, no elevator. Was upsetting to say the least. Of course, no cameras and no one heard anything. Not the motel's fault, but will be going to the area again and will not probably use this hotel. ...

The rooms are very small, but that was okay. The main issue was that we didn't feel safe. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, but I didn't sleep well at all.

I think the review for this hotel should include the fact that there is a bar that is open to the public and open late on Friday and Saturday (until 2 am).
My mother and grandmother were placed in what seemed to these the room directly above the bar. Being in the room sound like you were in the bar because of how loud it was.
I am sure a room away from the middle of the hotel would have worked.
Overall, had my fiancé and I known, we would have close another hotel for them to stay in during there two day visit. Not to mention the elevator was broken and my grandmother had to walk down the halls and up steps on both sides. ...

Good hotel for the money spent. Very easily accessed from the interstate and convenient to many attractions. The bed was a little lopsided, but still very comfortable and nice, high quality sheets.
