They just need to make sure all the supplies and furniture is cleaner. If a chair is stained get it out of the room!

This hotel was not very clean. They had cigarette burns all over the carpet. Our room was not cleaned one of the days of our visit and when I confronted the front office they told me that housekeeping was gone for the day. We had no clean towels or washcloths due to them not cleaning the room. Housekeeping did not leave washcloths for two days. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. ...

We were awed by the bigness of the room we received. Wow! Our kids enjoyed their waffles. The worker was friendly enough to fire up the waffle machine, even though they had shut it down at 9AM. That's way too early!

Family Traveling with Teens
Had a family emergency back home, father in law's health took a bad turn. We had to get back. Only stayed one night on the 3 night stay. I went to let them know that we were leaving after the first night and why. I got "OK, you know that the rest of the money cannot be returned." I was very hurt and shocked to hear that response. They didn't even offer their sympathies. I will never stay at this place again. ...
