Good room, good location.
Good hotel especially for the price.. It was quiet a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 4 nights and they kept our room clean and stocked up all the time. I recommend this hotel.

The pool area is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Good selection of TV channels.
Not really. The tile floors in the rooms were cold and a little off-putting, but they appeared clean.
We had a good experience here. Overall, it was an average budget hotel experience. What set it apart for us was: 1) the price seemed lower than average, but the quality did not; and 2) the pool area was exceptionally pretty, and very well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool patio area and sidewalks were dirty. It looked like people smeared ice cream, cand, food ? all over it and just let it dry. A high pressure hose and a staff member washing t he patio/sidewalks would be an easy fix. : )

The women (porto Rican) was friendly and helpful.
The bed was not comfortable. It was hard at edge of mattress at bottom.
It had a nice pool area. Pleasant environment.

location were ok except for the road contruction in the area.
certain staff members were not as helpful as others, all they want to do is the least amount of work as they possible can and could not wait till to leave. The pool needs up keeping, no one was cleaning it (lots of dead bugs in the pool).
PROS : (1) location ok (2) cleanliness ok (3) Price CONS : (1) certain staff needs PR training (2) pool needs upkeep (3) breakfast choices needs better menu

Helpful staff. Each time we came back to the room it was clean and beds made. At checkout I forgot a pair of shoes and when I called to see if they'd been found they were already in the lobby at the front desk. Also great breakfast!

The beds were sunken, time to change! The bldg needs maint.

It was a nice hotel and good location due to construction. The staff very helpful when needed
There are a few things that I didnt like about the hotel it had a old smell, noone could help me with problems I had trying to hook my dvd player to tv. If you take a hot shower you cant be in too long or the water will drop from ceiling due to no vents.
Even with the few issues at the hotel I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will refer the hotel to others.

Location - near the St Pete Clearwater Airport
For a two-star hotel, it was good. The front desk staff could have communicated better about my reservations.
Great location if you need to be near the St Pete Clearwater Airport. With the construction on US 19, access to the hotel is challenging and the traffic is terrible! But it also is within 10 miles of the beaches, so that's a plus - and the price is right!

The pool was warm however not super clean.
It was a bed to sleep in and that was it. Super slippery floor of tile only.
