Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Dodge City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was comfortable.
The hotel room smelled. Not sure of what, but it was unpleasant.

Friendly staff and accommodating with requested needs.
Room was not very accommodating for someone plus sized requested handicapped and received stairs to climb from parking area to room.

Friendly staff, breakfast included.
Heater noisy, missing security bar on 1 of the 2 outside doors.

Older Travelodge, but clean. Good location. Very nice and helpful staff. Continental breakfast included.

Nothing.
Bathroom was dirty, and no ice machine.

Bed bugs were there and uncomfortable beds. The room did not have microwave and fridge. The furnitures were odd and old.

We did not get murdered or robbed.
This was the scariest, dirtiest hotel we have seen in America.

This hotel does not even deserve one star. The room was old, smelly, and had huge stains on the carpet.

The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful.
There is a large step up into the office.

Good location,
OK for one night stay.
The hotel is very run down, not kept up well,
I questioned the cleanliness, saggy mattresses.

I have stayed in Travelodge before in other locations and felt confident it would be modest but clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed in this one.

It was a place to lay my head at night.
Rooms were dated; no iron and one wasn't provided upon request; attended acted put out when asked for assistance.

I was not impressed. Again, the rooms were very dated. There was no iron and when the attendant was asked to provide one I was told there weren't any; however, I know for a fact there were empty rooms she could have taken an iron from but no effort was made. There were no towels by the pool, they had to be obtained from the attendant. The attendant acted put out when asked to open the gate to the pool - she insisted we just needed to push it open a little harder when in fact, it was locked. ...read more

Easy to find, no nonsense, felt clean and safe.
Everything was fine.

They were friendly and helpful at the desk. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Overall a very restful stay.

That I only had to stay there two days!
The bed. The fly's. The shower.

It would have been much more comfortable to stay in my tent on the hard ground than that bed! Didn't really like sharing my room with all the fly's. Must I go on?
