Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millcreek Town Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I
just liked the hotel it was very safe and home feeling.
Maid spoke no English at all and never got towels.

The hotel was great what we paid for, it was good we did some visiting and everything was close, me and my son even played some pin ball, the only thing is that you better take your own towels because even when they clean your room you don't get no towels, maid spoke no English so had go to front desk get towels and got to so had end up using one of our beach towels, she did leave extra wash rags, but yes even 6 wash rag wont dry this family. Lol. ...read more

Good location, continental breakfast, WiFi, pool, and hot tub.
Hotel appeared run down; fixtures not hung properly, sockets for cable coming off wall, wallpaper in bathroom peeling.

Decent stay (clean, mostly comfortable) for local price. Needs maintenance. Shower was schizophrenic between hot and cold without touching the knobs.

Nothing.

The hotel is not very good for anyone, I would not bring kids. It may possibly be good enough for animals.

The location of the hotel seem to be out of the way.

The hotel was not what I expected..the walls needs a good paint job... the room itself was a bit dated but spacious. The clean staff was amazing and on point. Our beds were made and towels changed every day.

Location at the end of exit ramp of I-90 and very convenient.
Room could use some work.

Hotel room and lounge need paint. Water is rusty, bring your own drinking water. Pool was good. Breakfast was OK. Fine for what I needed.

I had a roof over my head even if it had bad water marks.
Fixtures rusty; wallpaper peeling; water damage in rooms; no clothing racks; breakfast area dirty; carpets faded and in need of cleaning.

I don't know if all Travelodges are of this caliber, but I have no intention of staying in one to find out.
