Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Hotel Belleville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2013

Just should also mention that part of the charge for the room was rebated back to me during checkout, on account of the leak. I was told that the band was not expected, and that this wouldn't be happening again. It's a reasonable hotel, and I would try to stay there once more. But, if my next visit included problems, then I would not recommend it for the future.

We would stay there again, but will not go to the restaurant and would advise anyone that stays there not to go either. The service was bad (Chantel in particular), we had to seat ourselves, were not acknowledged until we waved down the server, there were bread crumbs on our "clean" table, had to ask twice for cutlery and the seafood chowder was nasty. It came to us with a skin on the top, which says it sat for awhile and it wasn't hot, but when we tried to get Chantel, she was too busy flirting with the guys in the lounge and got an attitude when we'd ask for things, like crackers for the soup or more hot water for our tea. We felt bad for the other lady working with her, because seh was doing a lot of the work, bussing tables and greeting people as they came in while Chantel flitted around the men in the lounge. When we mentioned it to the manager on duty at the desk, she wasn't happy about it and said she'd fix the situation and would let us know, but nothing. Also, the cleaning staff needs to make sure they actually clean better than they do. We were there for 4 days and they were good for 3 of them, but that last day, they left something to be desired. We didn't complain too the desk, because it was out last night there. Other than that, it's a good place to stay. The beds are comfy and we were quite happy there and would stay again. :) ...

After 5 years of going to Belleville, there is little there I do except visit family and eat at one of three restaurants (Aja sui, Habachi Grill and Wild wings, the first being the closest). The Tim's near the hotel is notorious for screwing up an order and giving attitude when you call them on it.

Good value for what we paid. Didn't use the pool but would stay here again.

The hotel is an average hotel within walking distance to downtown Belleville. It is located by the water and would be lovely in the summer. The staff is polite and helpful.

Good, inexpensive hotel central to Belleville. A little off the highway but great view.
