Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Monaco N Miami And Sunny Isles Beach

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Great location for the price.
Not a very helpful staff, too many hidden fees.

This place was dirty all the sinks were clogged . Also absolutely no cell phone reception at all. To top things off at 1 am there was a huge domestic dispute close to my room I was terrified! I had to call security twice

Great location near the beach, that's the ONLY redeeming factor.
Parking is free, if you can find a spot. I booked this room for 04/13 and showed up a little after midnight on 04/13 and was refused a room; worse yet, offered a room at twice what I booked it for.

This was listed as a "pay when you stay" room, but the truth is, I didn't stay in my room at all because I was refused early check in, but was charged anyway.

there was too much between-floor and between room noise. Couldn't sleep it all through out the whole night. It was terrible experience. I strongly don't recommend this place. Also they charge me extra $24 dollars for useless resort fees and etc.

The best part of the hotel was the location - They seem to think they are selling the beach and not the motel
Firstly, they hit me up with and additional $21 in charges. $10 was for parking however, they did not have enough parking spaces so I had to leave my keys with the front desk everytime. Additional $11 for beach chairs, which I did not use. A RIP

The place looks like it has not been reonvated since the 50's. But that does not stop them from hitting you with excess fees once you check in. The rooms were poor at best with minimal amenities and electric sockets that looked as if they were going to corrode.

The location and price are great. The hotel is rated a one star and is an old and tired property but everything was fine, reasonably clean and overall significantly exceeded my expectations.

Location was not bad for where I wanted to go.Staff was friendly and helpful.Priceline was not either.
For the star rating it was adequate however I think more could have been done to keep the noise level down around the pool area at night.Should be more non-smoking rooms available on the top level and not right by pool where guests let their chi

Make sure you book a non-smoking room. Priceline did not identify and I got stuck near the pool.Parents, please teach your children to respect other guests and to ensure that the noise level is kept down especially late at night.I wish I could say this in Spanish....Not a bad hotel and it is realtively clean but noisy if you want a good nights sleep,Staff tried hard and were accomodating and friendly. And spoke English.Pizza place in lobby is ok and friendly staff. ...read more

The hotel is old and rundown but it is in a great location and the price was right for what they offered. The staff was friendly and helpful.
They charged an extra $18.00 per day. I thought that when I booked my room everything was included and I did not care to pay any extra fees for parking and resort fees. The room didn't have a thermostat and was constantly cold.

The hotel is located in a great area and is actually on the beach. There are plenty of restraunts and shops within walking distanceand is close to some much better resorts. If you don't care too much about your room this will be a great place to stay.

the hotel charged a use fee of $10 per day. I dont recall this fee was disclosed at the time purchase and believe all costs should be disclosed at time of purchase , not check in.
