Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge New Orleans West Harvey Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It appeared to be under renovation. the gardens and pools were nice.
Because of the renovation there was quite a bit of trash and debris in and around the hotel. Also, there was a mouse in the room. We were told to contact you about the refund they are processing.

Nothing.
The room was not clean, the
TV did not work.

This hotel is not worth the money.

Clean rooms and lobby. Great staff.
I was somewhat hard to find with construction and crazy road areas.

Hotel was great and friendly persons working there. Pool was closed but Guard on duty allowed us to use the pool for a short period of time as long as we did not get loud and wild. Only used the pool for about 20 minutes and was very thankful for it.

Relatively clean once you get in your room.
No iron in the room and the hair dryer malfunctioned and caught on fire.

Overall, what I expected.

Quiet and comfortable
Small

The hotel overall was okay. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still only about 10 mins from all the local hotspots.

There is nothing that I liked about this hotel and will not stay here again.
Continental breakfast was minuscule, no water to bathe, poor location.

Did not meet my expectations. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future nor will I recommend it to family or friends when they go to New Orleans. The lady at the night shift allowed me to use their bathroom and it was filthy.

The location was very convenient and a third of the price of the hotels right across the river.
The only issue I had was a water pipe broke around 1 in the morning, but it was fixed by the time
I woke up.

This motel was exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a rough neighborhood and run down facilities but this was furthest from the truth. There were 3 pools at this motel. Next year when I go back to comic con I will be staying here again for sure. Not only did I pay a third of the price, but I also saved 30 dollars a night for parking.

Noisy, dirty, unkind, unsafe and expensive hotel

I don't want to reuse this hotel again and it is very terrible experience.
