The price for the area was the only benefit.
Very dirty, dusty, and unkept.

Very run down motel. Lobby was cluttered and unkept, rooms were even worse. Very outdated furniture in the room and the was so much dust on the floors near the beds I refused to sleep under the sheets. Horrible.

The fact it was available. Literally the only reason I chose it.
Can't do it in 20 words of less. Check the review.

So let's see. Every hotel in the Madison area is booked for a conference, except this one. The whole place smells musty, with a hint of mold. The hotel room door doesn't shut all the way- I used the chain lock. No hot water in the morning. The fridge doesn't work in the room. I don't think they mattress was changed since the 70s. Maybe 5 channels of television. Booked the hotel for 2 nights, left after the first one because I couldn't take it anymore. ...read more

The location.
The dirty carpets, were slippers!

Price too high for the dirty hotel room, were slippers, the floors are disgusting!
