The hotel was situated in an outstanding location of New York City.
I was very disappointed that the fitness centre was closed for renovations.
When staying at this hotel, you are paying for both the name and location. All hotel staff were very courteous. Unfortunately, the room was very small. I was also disappointed to learn that the fitness centre was closed for renovations. Given the price range, the Waldorf Astoria is far more spectacular and a better value for your money.
