Hotel Guest Reviews of the Tyrolean Lodge
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

Great room for the price. Followed review off of TripAdvisor. While some of the furnishings were slightly dated, the bathroom was re-modeled. Room was larger than expected and came it a good size minifridge and stove top as well as dishware. Rooms were clean and short walk appx 1/2 mile to center of Aspen. Would definately stay there again.

This is in a great location. Large room with two queens and one twin bed. I was going to an event at Belly Up and took the shuttle straight there. There is parking outside the hotel. The owner was very friendly.

The Tyrolean Lodge was in a great location right on Main Street, with in walking distances to shops, restaruants and the slopes! The accomdations were cozy, comfortable and clean! The staff was full of smiles and very helpful with tips about the area. It was a faboulos stay! We would definately reccomend to others!

Good location but not attractive room. Musty smell and warm room.

Very friendly and charming. Older but well maintained. Antique skiing decor. No air conditioning, but the windows opened and it is cool in the evenings at altitude. We could spend out money on other things, which is handy in Aspen! And if you choose, you can cook in the room.

We never have a problem staying in cheap or 1 star hotels, because they usually at least have the basics. This was a truly negative experience as the manager was incredibly rude, incurred extra charges that were not previously agreed upon when we booked, and the hotel did not have basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner.

The Tyrolean lodge is located on the beginning of the outskirt of the main village, easily found on the main street, as you drive in, yet tucked into the corner of a side street. A five minute walk into the downtown. Decorated with ski posters from the 1940's with a classic European Austrian mountain feel. Comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Pleasant clean place to stay for a couple nights. Aim for 3rd floor rooms, to enjoy a nice view of the city.
