The lobby was large and attractive.
The room could have been more properly cleaned and it was not worth the money.

Nice, but completely overpriced. Did not not meet my expectations given how expensive.

Fantastic hotel - perfect from start to finish. It's worth the extra cost to stay on the "Club Level" floor. Excellent food and beverages.

This was a fantastic hotel. Luxury without pretension. Great vibe, fantastic staff, and beautiful accommodations and property. The pool area is fabulous. You could spend your vacation just at the hotel and have a great time. Proximity to Universal couldn't be better. Five minute walk or a free boat ride. Can't wait to go back again!

Walking distance to both Universal Theme Parks & City Walk; Great Pool & Activities for Kids.
Bathroom setup - Prefer sink separate from toilet & shower.

Clean, friendly and fun! And be sure to take the time to admire the decor and memorabilia; you're living amongst rock 'n roll history.

it was so relaxing, beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect.
I would prefer more restaurants and a larger pool.

I would highly recommend Hard Rock Orlando. The extra money was well worth it. It was very clean, the rooms are updated and comfortable. My stay was great!

The staff was very attentive in every aspect of service: front desk, valet, pool, restaurants, and maintenance.
The diversion cutoff in bath did not operate properly causing poor water pressure in shower mode, initial musty smell in room.

Overall the Hard Rock Hotel was excellent in every aspect. I would certainly entertain staying at this property again in the future.
