Hotel Guest Reviews of the Universal's Hard Rock Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Traveling as Couple(6) | Family with Young Children(4) | Family with Teens(9)

The location is fantastic, the walk to the parks is short, along manicured paths next to the water. Staff is super helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is awesome. We will definitely be back to a Hard Rock.
Did not love our ground-level room, as we had to keep the blackout curtains closed for any privacy and couldn't enjoy the florida sunshine (the reason we were there!). Would definitely request a room a bit higher up next time.
Would definitely be back, but make sure to budget for the $10/day fee to have wifi in your room (the free stuff near the lobby isn't exactly reliable) or the $5/day for your in-room coffee pods. Obviously, the express pass you get with your room is the real perk, and smooths over the pain from all other additional fees out of the water with its value.

The lobby was large and attractive.
The room could have been more properly cleaned and it was not worth the money.
Nice, but completely overpriced. Did not not meet my expectations given how expensive.
