Their honesty in the presence of cancer causing substances.

The presence of cancer causing substances according to the sign and the mold in bathroom.

It is hard to get a good night's rest when the sign on your door warns of possible birth defects and/or cancer caused by something in the room. Immediately left, considered it a loss, and went and checked in elsewhere.

Close to where we we're going for the evening.

The women at the front desk said we used a master card for our reservations. 1 we do not have a master card and the hotel already took the money out of our account.

Great location. We were able to walk easily to restaurants and bars in Downtown Chico.

There were no towels or tissues in the room.

Definitely not the nicest hotel, but fine for a few young adults who were looking to have a good time around town and crash at the end of the night.

No way was this dump a 2 Star Hotel. Had to change from one horrible room to another. Room stunk,price was out of line for what the room was.

Will never book anything less than a 2 1/2 star hotel again. Learned my lesson. This place was a dump!

The location.

The bathroom ceiling looked it was going to fall down on us.

The hotel was dirty and the bathroom looked like something off of a Stephen king movie.

Terrible rooms. No amenities. No towels. Hard bed. Disgusting smell of smoke.

Felt that for $70 per night, could have been towels, and a much NICER environment. The room was small with two queens SHOVED in, hardly any room to move around. The bathroom door did not shut because the toilet was in the way. Had to LIFT the lid to close the door. No towels, had to ask, No soap no other items that are normal for a hotel room. When I went to check out, the lobby clerk told me that she was unable to print me a receipt, the computers were down. Room smelled like smoke, unfortunately asked for non-smoking. ...read more
