The location
The carpet was stained badly all over.

I will stay elswhere next time , the carpeting is just too dirty .

Hotel shares lot space with a Denny's this is like dining in a hotel restaurant.
It's just across the street from a high school. That generates a lot of noise on a Friday.

We chose this hotel, because of the price and the location to family we visit in Oxnard. It's quite a nice place for the price.

Needed downstairs room and did not tell them online. The were very accommodating to give me downstairs room.
Old and needed updating. Microwave did not work in the outlet it was plugged into.

Very friendly and clean.

The Hotel was very organized and had all the information regarding our room made sure we had a non-smoking room, king size bed, very good shower and over all very nice and helpful.

After we read all the nice reviews on this hotel, we were very disappointd to find it with stained furniture and rugs,peeling paint in the bathroom,roaches,and lots of noise from nearby rooms.The only good thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and helpful.
