Shout out to bell boys: Ricardo and Carlos. They are both very friendly and excellent customer service!
The resort is kept very maintained and clean with all the lush greenery and walkways. The staff is friendly and courteous and always ready to help their guests in any way possible.
Our favorite restaurants were Il Olivio and Ginger. The food and service at both these places was 5-star!!
We stayed in Bldg #13 which was close to the ocean but a long walk to restaurants!
We upgraded to the Emerald Suite and it was very serence. We loved the in room Jacuzzi!!!
verall a great stay! The Mayan Riviera is a great spot for a relaxing vacation! We took a Tour to Tulum and it was amazing to learn about the Mayans! ...

Great hotel for adults, awesome service, friendly staff. Beautiful gardens well maintained, large swimming pool and huge beach!! :) Loved it!

Overall, a great experience. We stayed in the regular suite and it was still beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable my wife and I have ever slept in. The grounds were beautiful and full of wonderful vegetation giving it a secluded and romantic feel. The pool was gorgeous, but was not heated and also lacked a hot whirlpool. When we stayed it was a bit cool, so we didn't even use the pool. Other than the breakfast buffet, which was amazing, the food was very average. I expected more considering how wonderful everything else at the hotel was. The shows were a bit cheesy but kept you entertained at night. The resort was beautiful, and we didn't need to leave as much as we originally thought. I would recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway for couples away from kids. The hotel is quiet, but fun. The beach is a bit of a walk, but well worth it.
