Hotel Guest Reviews of the Vegas Club Hotel & Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

Friendly staff and great location on the end of Fremont St. The fact that they offer bingo was a plus. They are working on their own restaurants and food places that they need.

Bathroom was not clean, the floor was stained and there was a bracelet on the floor. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrid. For the price the room was ok but housekeeping needs to be taught how to properly clean the rooms!

The hotel was a lil bit old fashion but I really enjoyed my stay. I would come back and stay there.

Why pay more at other hotels on Fremont Street when The Vegas Club is so cheap. It is a 2 Star hotel, nothing fancy, but our room was big and the hallway quiet. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk to Fremont st and the Californian Girl across from it had an awesome breakfast and $3 blackjack.

Everything was a disaster from the time we got there ... of course it was New Years' Eve so no parking. The Front Desk offered us to park at the Plaza which is across the street but the parking is on the opposite end so that wasn't fun. The front desk check us in so I tried get the luggage to the rooms which was difficult so I asked for a cart in which I had to leave an ID. This was stressful as I tried to maneuver the luggage up the elevator. Couldn't even find the correct tower as the lighting was bad. The elevator lights don't light up all the time so you don't know when the elevator is coming. You have to listen for it. When you're in the elevator, you don't know if the door will open as there is a pause before it finally opens. When I got to the rooms, both keys didn't work so I called the hotel from my cell phone numerous times before finally getting security to come and help me. The Front Desk insisted I need to show the security my ID and I kept telling her that my ID was with the front desk as a collateral for using the luggage cart. Whoo boy that was annoying trying to get that across someone to help me. One night at the LV Club was one night too much. ...

Arrived at Club and found it under renovation. In SEARCHING for check-in desk, STUMBLED on a security guard who told me hotel was closed this weekend and rooms are being provided across street at Plaza. There was no signage anywhere. Went to Plaza, but they didn't have my reservation. Called Priceline explained situation. After over :20 hold, was told reservation was confirmed back at Club. Re-explained that Club was closed and was he sure I should go back to Club. Went back to Club, found check-in, and found it closed still with no signage. Went back to Plaza and they had my reservation. Luckily, Plaza room was very nice. Had to pay additional $10/night resort fee, but included wi-fi. ...

We checked in on New Years Eve and immediately found the sink backed up with foul smelling black goo and turned on the faucet and the handle came off. I went to the front desk the next morning and the clerk informed me that all guests would be moving to the Plaza Hotel across the street the next day so the Las Vegas Club could start renovations. They moved us a day early. I wish they would have informed us when we were booking the room. The Plaza Hotel was awesome ! The staff was very polite and the rest of the trip was good. ...
