We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is suited towards more mature clientele. All the facilities were excellent. (Pool, restaurants, lobby area, etc.). The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations and was a fair price for what we received. There was significant staffing available to always assist you and the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that your stay was pleasurable. There were no hidden surprises or additional charges on the bill. All expectations were exceeded and there is no question that this will be the hotel we stay in for our next trip to the area.

AC in the room made high pitch noise non-stop, and sound-proof is not great - can hear neighbor's converstation in middle of night.
Called the front desk and they were accommodating and arranged another (better) room. Both rooms have minor mildew smell. Despite these things, I still very much enjoyed the stay. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, breathtaking view, convenient downtown location. Will definitely return and recommend to others. ...
