The charm and history of the building as well as the numerous art pieces and decor.
It was a bit noisy on the side of the hotel overlooking a busy city street.

Though we enjoyed the ongoing excitement in the square it might seem noisy to some.
Except for my billing issues we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful furniture and mostly friendly staff.

The service was superb.
Bathrooms were less than modern.
The place is simply beautiful. The staff is wonderfully trained - the service was superb. The food is marvelous. This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've ever had.
