Hotel Guest Reviews of the W Fort Lauderdale

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Rooms were great! Staff was incredibly friendly!

This hotel was first class and top notch from the time you get out of your car. Valet was all over you and friendly, guided you to the front desk which is on the 4th floor. Front desk met all our needs. Our room was clean and very modern. Shower was kind of cool. It had a glass wall to the room. Pool staff was great. They were very busy due to the Air Show but handled everyone very easily. This is a fantastic place to stay and i would recommend it to anyone that i know. ...read more

EVERYTHING.
The prices of things in the mini bar, and fridge were a bit higher than usual. Also the club/restaurants were very overpriced, as well as room service. The people that pay to stay there can obviously afford it though.

Amazing pools, views, ambiance.

We had a lovely room with a balcony and we were steps away from the beach.
The cost for parking was outrageous ($31/night) as well as WiFi. This should be rolled into the cost of the room at those prices.

This is a lovely hotel with a great beach location. Be prepared to pay a lot extra for parking, WiFi and meals (if you choose to eat at the hotel).

This experience exceeded my wife's and my expectations and then some. We stayed for our anniversary, and as soon as we got up to the room, the staff brought us champagne and strawberry's as a gift. we were able to open up the slider the length of the ro

Location
The entrance to the hotel in the evening is the same as the entrance to the club. Very busy and loud. Hard to get an elevator. Although the crowd would be expected at New Years.

I really liked the location and view. Our room was spacious and well decorated. Staff were very nice and very helpful.

Got upgraded to a fantastic room. Beach was right across the street plus ease of neaby walking distance restaurants made the experience sweet & comforting. We dint even have to rent a car.
Hotel was excellent with good staff and overall service was timely & sophisticated - in short "great style"

Best part about the location - do not need to rent a car as there are multiple restaurants nearby. Beach is right across the street so comfort of going back to the room to shower after staying on the beach was excellent. Hotel has 24x7 dining so even if you are hungry at 2AM - guess what - they do have pizza!Jet skiing is also close by walking distance so people who have never done jet skiing can do so, less crowded so that makes it easy.H20 Cafe nearby is excellent. Me & my fiance literally went there everyday for breakfast.Cabs are always readily available outside the hotel so commuting was not a problem. Good relaxing experience overall ! ...read more
