We had a lovely room with a balcony and we were steps away from the beach.
The cost for parking was outrageous ($31/night) as well as WiFi. This should be rolled into the cost of the room at those prices.

This is a lovely hotel with a great beach location. Be prepared to pay a lot extra for parking, WiFi and meals (if you choose to eat at the hotel).

Very clean, Very friendly and polite staff.
It took 8 hours to have the bed made up, poor communication amongst the staff.

Great hotel, just avoid asking the staff for anything. After we arrived, we had to wait over eight hours to have the spare bed made up. It was blamed on poor communication amongst the staff. At 2:00 am, we finally were able to get to bed. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. They have a guarantee for the valet parking to have your car in 8 minutes. Forget it, average wait time is 12 minutes, once it took 22 minutes. The guarantee is useless, they simply say "sorry". Hotel is beautiful. The restaurants are super expensive. The only thing "free" is coffee in the morning. Orange juice is $3.71. Bagel with butter is $3.71. Toast is the best deal at $1.87. ...read more

The staff catered to the guest, they called me by name "Mr. Jones" and were very attentive to my needs.
Overall my stay was great, we were delayed for about 15 min due to a valet error. Someone had not returned my car keys to the proper location.

Excellent view, great staff, awesome location!

It was in a great location, very laid back atmosphere.
Housekeeping is terrible. Had to beg for enough towels just to shower!

Overall a great stay. The only negative was housekeeping. After several request finally was brought towels and then it happened everyday of our stay. After the room was cleaned nothing was filled up. We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and soap! That just shouldn't happen! The rest of the hotel was great. I was worried about this hotel after reading the reviews but I have to say it was great. My kids had a ball and we never felt they weren't welcome. ...read more
