Excellent guest service, clean modern hip rooms, beautiful people all over the hotel. Great location!
$32 to park a car seems very steep. We parked next door for $10. The parking fee should be included in the booking information prior to bidding.

Room was small but comfy and clean. The location was nice.
The bartender at the bar downstairs had to be the rudest person I have ever encountered. He had no customer service skills, and he literally tossed a drink menu to a customer beside me which ended in a heated argument. Bad attitude and bad vibes...

The staff was very friendly and professional. It was a "happening" hotel in a good way.
It was somewhat noisy. There were people going in and out of the rooms all night.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel. I was very impressed with the staff's professionalism. It is in a perfect location of Atlanta, near several restaurants and Lenox mall. The decorations are trendy. The bars were great. The food was better than expected at a hotel.

The best part was that the rooms i booked were adjoining although the staff said there were no more adjoining rooms avAilable!
Hated the bathrooms! Because of the glass window and glass bathroom door there was no bathroom privacy! Not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Very uncomfortae if staying with friends!

I loved the rooms. They were so vibrant and nice... They beds were amazing along with the pillows. I would gladly come again.
I didnt like that parking was so high.
Best Bed Sets Ever... love the scenery. .. just love love love this hotel...

We loved the location.. walked across the street to Maggiano's for dinner.. AMAZING! The staff was great and greeted us with a SMILE... verry accomodating!
