Hotel Guest Reviews of the W Hotel Atlanta Midtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 11, 2013

I am sorry I didn't take the option of sleeping on my daughter's couch with two dogs. This was a waste of money and time going back and forth in traffic. Fights in room next door made sleeping difficult. Security didn't seem to be bothered by large number of people in room or their screams and fights. Lack of light in room made reading difficult. No tub, no fan in bathroom. Wore wrinkled clothes because iron broken. Room was very worn, spots on carpet etc. Halogen lights for desk burned out. Hotel was a huge disappointment and put a damper on my weekend. I would NEVER stay in a W again. ...

very centrally located. Shopping, public transportation, and night life venues all extremely accessible. The staff was very accommodating.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's only minutes away from some good restrauants that I found out to late to enjoy on this trip but I will in the future. The greeter was excellent as well as the valet.

We appreciated the staff the most. The ultra modern decor is not to my taste, and the hotel does not give off a 'warm' feeling. The bed was very comfortable, though I wish I had taken advantage of the 'pillow' menu, since the standard pillows are very soft. Also, feathers continued to push through the comforter, which was uncomfortable at times. We are not drinkers, but the mini-bar 'fridge was well stocked, for a price. The set up of our room was a bit awkward in that the TV was placed to the side of the bed, not in front, making it difficult to watch it when resting in bed. Perhaps not all the rooms are set up this way. We took advantage of the 24hr fitness facility, and the equipment is top notch. The room is a bit crowded, and bring your earbuds if you want sound with your treadmill TV. We discovered that the valet parking is less expensive than the self-serve parking garage next door. This hotel is very convenient to all Atlanta mid and downtown attractions. We would certainly trust Priceline in the future! ...
