Hotel Guest Reviews of the Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2012

This hotel was a huge disappointed. The location of the hotel was fine. The hotel lobby was good and we were excited about the hopefully, identifying a new hotel to stay when traveling on business in Atlanta until we went into our rooms. The carpeting was in poor condition. it was stained and coming up from the floor in corners. The little kitchens were disgustingly nasty and looked like old beach hotels. I would have never taken my shoes off in that room and the room had fleas too. it was disgusting and we checked out immediately and notified the front desk that we were not pleased with the room.

Previous reviews had me concerned, however this hotel exceeded my expectations. Lady at the front desk was a pleasure, as was the rest of the staff. Pool area was more comparable to a resort, very serene and comfortable atmosphere. Balcony was an extremely nice bonus to comparable hotels. The kitchen was outdated, but it was an unexpected bonus as well. Room/Bed very comfortable although there was some minor wear and tear. They cant all look like new!

This hotel is convenient to the sandy springs/perimeter area. The staff was helpful and courteous. As a female traveling alone, it did not feel as safe as it could- there were suspicious vehicles/men lurking around as I left one morning just before sunrise. The condition and quality of the room was dated but having an apartment sized kitchen was great.

Our stay was pleasant in every way. The location was perfect for our purposes. The desk staff went out of their way to inform us of amenities available to us. The room was large and well furnished. Parking was near. We were told that the hotel is scheduled for a major renovation next year. If it is the place will be top notch.
