Helpful staff. Priceline sent in incorrect reservation to the hotel and ended up overcharding my credit card. The hotel upgraded our room and provided us with free internet. althouh the overcharge was an accident they made up for it alot!!!!

Ear plugs are pretty much required. It's surrounded by clubs plus there are clubs in the hotel itself blaring extremely loud music all night long. Also the floor to ceiling windows are really thin and there's nonstop sirens and horns at all hours.
When you first enter the building there's like a pickup bar in the lobby. I guess that's cool if you're into that, but I just wanted to get some sleep which was easier said than done with the piercing bass beats penetrating my room. The super thin floor to ceiling windows don't help either. And everybody who walked down the hallway sounded like they were in our room. If you're into the night life scene you might enjoy your stay, but if you expect to get some sleep at a respectable hour the complete lack of sound deadening will keep you up. I expected a better sleep for the price of the rooms. ...

It's not intended for kids, but my kids (12 and 9) love it there. Amazingly comfortable beds, friendly staff, and super hip design. Love the W!
