Lovely hotel. I've stayed at many W's and this one had it's own charm and uniqueness like the others but kept it Starwood appeal.

Solo Traveler
The W was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Exactly what a 4 star should be. Seniors & families may not like it, but for us (mid thirties, young professionals, weekend getaway) it was great. The free Acura car service & very helpful concierge were unexpected & helpful, especially on the weekends when much of The loop is closed. The Bliss toiletries were fabulous! I've been to many high end hotels that have high end toiletries, but they always save $ by giving you 1 shampoo, 1 lotion, 1 bar soap. They gave us conditioner, lotion, face wash, and body wash too. Very cool hotel, look forward to staying again.

The only downside to my stay was the AC unit in the room. It worked just find but would randomly make a really loud banging sound which was rather startling. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great service and style, and extremely convenient parking. Room was well appointed with modern style, very nice lighting and great bedding.

Incredibly small and cramped but overpriced room. Hotel staff made it very clear that the continental breakfast was not for our class of customer.

Family Traveling with Teens
We stayed with 2 teenage children. The Hotel was great and not a far cab ride to shopping. Be prepared to pay to park at the hotel. No close parking near hotel. The hotel has everything you need or may have forgot. We will book this hotel again the next time we come.
