Horrible customer service, rude front desk, they neglected to clean our sweet , overcharged me on minibar, wont return my calls

This is by far the worst W I have ever stayed at, rooms were tiny, service slow and poor and everyone so rude

The beds and pillows were great. Plenty of staff to help with anything needed. Location was perfect.
I liked everything about the hotel.

Rooms were great. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Location to local attractions are within walking distance. Staff very friendly and professional.Didn't use valet parking due to the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the room is really fancy
very expensive parking. it said public parking for $28 and we had to pay $50 ! during mardi gras it's difficult to get to the hotel.

if I pay so much for a 4 star hotel it's annoying to pay another 50 bugs for parking and 20 bugs for internet. that should be standard !

It was on the parade route! All I had to do was walk out of the hotel and I was t the parade!!!! Love The W!!

If you book a room it will most likely be a king if you want 2 bed its an extra $50. I didn't min paying bc it's a GREAT HOTEL!!!!!

Nothing because the Gurds by the elevtor were very rude
I did not get cleaning service for the next day of my stay I called the desk they said we are busy so we may do it.

I will never stay there.

It's right in the middle of everything. Pretty convinient.
It's seems that a renovation is due.

The hotel is nice, in a very convinient location, the rooms are pretty big, but it seems that everything in that building is still pretty original. The carpet is pretty flat, even the mat at the elevator looks like it need to be retired.

The front desk attendants were incredibly friendly and accommodating!
Only draw back was the parking. At check out bill was $43.00. A little steep, but valet was very helpful and timely.

Only negative aspect of our stay was the steep parking charge. Although with the great service they provided, I didn't mind terribly. The front desk attendants were incredibly helpful and super sweet! The location is also quite great from Superdome events! Will definitely stay here again!

the location, and the friendliness of the staff(especially to my dog, zoe)
nothing comes to mind, so it must have been great!

excellent choice for new orleans. great location for the quarter and the casino. the staff was very friendly to my beloved dog, zoe, which makes me very happy.
