Excellent room on par with other Ws.

Nothing to do. No swimming pool in the winter and boring restaurants.

The room was amazing, but the parking was too expensive at $35 per day. There was no pool and overall the hotel was pretty boring. Maybe with more people staying the bar/restaurants are interesting, but we preferred to walk nearby to find alternatives.

I have to pay extra charges to upgrade to accommodate two daughters, 17 and 20.

$35 for parking for each car was excessive ($70 total for one night).

Excellent small hotel near UCLA. The staff was helpful and efficient and the restaurant for breakfast was good and reasonably priced. They even had ice skating by the pool.

The ambiance is very "chick"! - Very LA.

The attitude of the waiter at the restaurant. He was not knowledgeable of the menu and was horrible when it came to suggesting dishes.

Great location, easy to get to the city, college and outer city locations.

Difficult to find what was offered in the hotel in regards to restaurants or buffet for breakfast. Should be a quick look card that shows offense.

Nice, polite, festively decorated for the holiday. Needed quick information about where you could eat in the hotel.

I liked the staff. Very nice and accommodating.

Did not like the couch. Very uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing! Room was a suite. Could have used and extra 2 in the bedroom. hard to get around the bed though the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and room service food was great. Overall, a great experience.
