The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, Wall Street, Brooklyn bridge etc. hotel staff very accommodating, room was clean and had a beautiful view of reflecting waterfalls of what was formerly the World Trade Center. The ravioli that I ordered through room service was amazing maybe a little over priced but very tasty and kept me thinking of them. The staff was friendly. Overall a great stay wish I was able to stay longer. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

Everything was great except the prices for food and drink when ordering room service... Should order take out or bring your own drinks. Everything was Great!

Great staff, great restaurant on the first floor, and a very cool and modern lounge/bar with an amazingly unique lighted ceiling on the 5th floor!
flagging down a cab in the evening was a bit of a challenge directly in front of the hotel, but if you walked a couple blocks to one of the busier streets, you could catch one no problem.

Amazing view of Ground Zero! Staff was very accommodating and came off eager to please!
