Poor lighting in restaurant!

This is the second time we have stayed at the W-Union Square, and we will come back again. Compliments on the helpful front-desk staff, friendly doorman, and ease of check-in-our room was ready before 12 noon! The room was comfortable, clean and well-serviced. I was saved by my paper confirmation.

Nice rooms and hotel, concierge and housekeeping staff was nice, the front desk staff was a little cold.
