The price was right for what we got. We appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

This hotel was very nice. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

Staff was excellent. They were very nice and helpful. Both at front desk and restaurant when we wanted soy milk for coffee.
Room did not have a bathtub and therefore should not be rated 4 star. The rooftop bar had an outside party so there was no seating around the fire or heaters. We did not have a nice drink like we thought we would.

It was a great experience, the staff was friendly and very helpful.
The valet parking and having to use it was not convenient. The car was in a public parking lot across the street, I could have parked myself and kept the keys but was not allowed. Instead I had to wait for access to keys and be escorted to my vehicle.

The hotel is very well situated for touring San Diego, near to the harbour, Gaslight District and many other things. Thank you, Priceline for helping us find this hotel!

The location was great. The pool was 24 hours. The room was super clean.
Staff was unfriendly when called for the "whatever/whenever" service. The hotel was loud and walls wetter thin. We could hear music from the room next door at night and early in the morning. There was also a barking dog

Hotel had a great location with many amenities such as the Acura service which will drive you anywhere complimentary within 5 miles. Room was loud and we could hear the people next door. Staff was also unfriendly when called. I honestly would have expected a better stay given the star level. I would look at a comparable hotel not thus one I'm the future.

We had a problem with the very loud people in the room next door. They were loud and slamming doors until we called security.

The one downside to our stay was that we bought a package off of Priceline that included 2 free drink vouchers to use at the hotel bar. We asked for them when checking in and the staff member just gave us 2 cards that were for B1G1 drinks. We had to complain to a manager before we were able to get our drinks. I would assume this was more Priceline's fault than the W's, though. The hotel is gorgeous and within walking distance of the Gaslamp District. ...read more

The decor is amazing and theroof top bar is very nice
A little ways away from the heart of downtown, about 10 blocks from the gaslamp district

This hotel was awesome the decor was amazing with living room style setups throughout the hotel and the lobby bar looked like a nice place to enjoy a beverage. On the roof is another bar, great views of downtown a huge fire pit/ sculpture only drawback is the music but it was very comfortable with comfy leather couches.
