I did not like having to pay $35 for one night of parking. That raised the price considerably and should have been taken into consideration by Priceline.

I loved the window beds and the customer service.
$35.00 a night for valet is horrible and we had to have maintenance come up twice.

The hotel is older and seems dated even with the funky look they are trying to go for. The rooms look like boy dorm rooms,
$35.00 a night for valet is outrageous, I parked in public parking lots for $15.00 a night instead. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with them. Over-all,, I was fine, but not overly excited.

Phenomenal Service and attention to guests. This team has it together.

As a very prolific Priceline user, I've had my share of good and bad experiences. This is by far the absolute best hotel staff and a very fine hotel that I've experienced to date. The restaurant is under renovation, but the location is so close to both Gaslamp and Little Italy that it was no inconvenience whatsoever. The management and staff did an outstanding job in taking care of me and my family. Thanks for making the land part of our vacation so outstanding! By the way, our Cruise was booked through PL as well, and it exceeded all of our expectations.

First night had only one bed, needed two beds, this was corrected the second night.
