Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wagon Wheel Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2013

It's a decent hotel room if you are staying overnight. Clean room and bathroom. It's a nice hotel for the price.

My wife and I had to wash every piece of clothing that had been in the room when we got home because of the musty smell. I will never stay here again.

I chose this hotel from Priceline, because it was inexpensive and still got high points for cleanliness. It was clean and the WiFi worked. The proprietors are helpful and friendly.

Standard economy motel with a few rooms out back that have less street noise. Rooms nice although a bit dated, and bathroom too small for today's standard. No breakfast or coupon for breakfast discount at a nearby restaurant available. Owner/manager attends out of a small window that leads to their private quarters. Limited WIFI coverage - not working in our room.

As someone else said.."You get what you pay for." Berkshire hotels and motels are very over-priced and I have stayed in several economy to mid level and been disappointed by all . With that said, this place is really worn and pretty kitschy with a heart shaped jacuzzi in the room. But..the owners are very friendly and helpful and I have to say the room was cleaner than the name brand motels in the area. So if you want a no-frill clean place to sleep you could do worse than Wagon Wheel

Normal Motel. Quite old but clean. Although a little bit too expensive, good location to go to Tanglewood Music Festival.
