I liked the set up of the room...We especially loved the shower and soaking tub
I did not like the fact that we could only get 2 queen sized beds for our price that we paid... seemed very pricey for the bed selection for me and my husband.

This hotel was overall a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Did not agree with the hidden fees that were not listed on Priceline with the Valet and Resort charges being 50 dollars a day that we stayed!...Seeemed extremely pricey for this hotel. The hilton next door seemed just as nice!

Expected more. Bellagio outrates the Waldorf. Was not informed of the hidden fees. Had to request for a receipt via email on two separate occasions before receiving it a day later. What a surprise to see all of the hidden fees.

Everything! from start to finishit was an overall pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel with friendly attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful room and lobby area.

The beds are super comfortable and their Disney Parks shuttles run very frequently.
Both property grounds and rooms are plain and sterile looking...no sense of luxury or opulence for a Waldorf property.

Friendly staff and great views of DIsney

Wonderful location. Friendly staff from check in to valet. Spacious corner suite had a lot of natural light with great views of Disney fireworks at night. Beds incredibly comfortable. Bathroom luxurious, spotless. Aquamarine restaurant is poolside and is a relaxing location after in the evening.

We loved this hotel! It's absolutely beautiful--very accomodating. We're going to try to come back next year.

We came for a four night stay for a family Disney vacation. I had no idea what to expect about this hotel; and I was literally blown away. The service was outstanding. The hotel smelled wonderful, very clean, top notch decor. My 3 year old truely enjoyed to pool-there's a graduated depth end-mimicks ocean thats safer for the new swimmers and they can release alot of energy so parents can relax. We Loved the Bull and Bear-even took my 3 year old-and were treated like royalty! We had 4 people serving our every need. We also enjoyed LaLuca, Italian restaurant. I would highly recommend, but I hope they keep their prices per night reasonable so we can return! ...read more

The staff was extra-ordinary. They were welcoming and always asking if there was something they could do to make our stay perfect.
Nothing.

Property was beautiful, well kept, and clean. Pool area was heavenly. Linens were luxurious. The staff was extremely customer oriented, anything we needed was promptly delivered, even things we didn't know we needed!
