Hotel Guest Reviews of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 26, 2013

This hotel was overall a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Did not agree with the hidden fees that were not listed on Priceline with the Valet and Resort charges being 50 dollars a day that we stayed!...Seeemed extremely pricey for this hotel. The hilton next door seemed just as nice!

Wonderful location. Friendly staff from check in to valet. Spacious corner suite had a lot of natural light with great views of Disney fireworks at night. Beds incredibly comfortable. Bathroom luxurious, spotless. Aquamarine restaurant is poolside and is a relaxing location after in the evening.

We came for a four night stay for a family Disney vacation. I had no idea what to expect about this hotel; and I was literally blown away. The service was outstanding. The hotel smelled wonderful, very clean, top notch decor. My 3 year old truely enjoyed to pool-there's a graduated depth end-mimicks ocean thats safer for the new swimmers and they can release alot of energy so parents can relax. We Loved the Bull and Bear-even took my 3 year old-and were treated like royalty! We had 4 people serving our every need. We also enjoyed LaLuca, Italian restaurant. I would highly recommend, but I hope they keep their prices per night reasonable so we can return! ...

Property was beautiful, well kept, and clean. Pool area was heavenly. Linens were luxurious. The staff was extremely customer oriented, anything we needed was promptly delivered, even things we didn't know we needed!
