Excellent accommodations, wonderful beds, clean, great location, friendly staff, great amenities, will be back!

Would have been nice to have a quick sandwich place in this hotel, but there was one in Dolphin.

I have no complaints of this hotel, our stay was wonderful! What more do you need than a clean room & comfy bed, the pool and outside recreation areas were wonderful too. The location was wonderful! Love the Disney perks, just wish Magical Express service was available.

Conveniently located.

Did not provide complimentary transportation to and from airport like the other resorts.

Not worth the price we paid. The room was clean, comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. However,it smelled moldy when we first walked in the room, eventually the smell went away. I don't know if it's because I sprayed Lysol or because I got used to the smell. The $12 daily charge is a rip-off, especially when they didn't even provide transportation to and from airport. The only thing we got out of the $12 is two bottles of warm water which they didn't even place in the fridge after I asked them to. (with $12 I could have bought 3 cases of 24 bottles of water). ...read more

bus was convenient to get to and from the park.

Waited almost an hour to get sheets brought up for the pullout couch, despite calling 3 times.

The restaurant "Il Mulino of NY" moved in 4 or more years ago and added a lovely bar. The bar is a great addition to this hotel.

Quite honestly, we only stayed there for one night, and it met our expectations.

The Swan is a great hotel, we did stay there in the past. We enjoyed the location because you can easily walk to the "Boardwalk" and the few surrounding hotels. Yacht club, Beach club, Dolphin.

Pool was closer to Dolphin than Swan.
