Hotel Guest Reviews of the Warwick Melrose Hotel Dallas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Everything was good.
No parking other than valet.

You have to valet park so there is no parking you could just use on your own. Everything is well kept. Coffee maker was marginal but overall it is the classic old style hotel with nice people to handle what you want. Very quiet and peaceful.

There was no self packing available and an additional $ 24 per night was required for parking. Street parking was minimal. Also there was a charge for internet service in the room of $ 10 per day. Added costs make this stay not the value that it appears

Excellent facility- great dining room and bar. Loved it.
It was great that the staff took care of our travel to other facilities for dinner and entertainment. The staff should have given us a "heads up" on the proper attire for the places we'd picked for dinner. We should have stayed onsite.

Went for a walk for exercise - the "alternative life style" neighborhood was a little much. But the staff advised us of the areas to walk so we knew in advance where we were going.

The size of the room was great and I really liked the larger bathroom in this older but very nice hotel

The staff and public spaces are incredible.
Internet was an extra charge.

The staff took care of everything. They really provide 5 star service. The rooms are clean and nice enough, but are really more a strong 3 star. Overall it averages out to a 4.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was near many restaurants and clubs in Uptown.
No, everything was awesome

Husband and I stayed for our anniversary and had a great time. I commented while checking in that it was our anniversary and, shortly after check-in, we received complementary chocolate covered strawberries. The staff was very friendly, and The Library Bar inside the hotel had a decent drink menu. The bar area was slammed at 7pm--and the bartender was doing his best to get everyone's drinks within a couple minutes. We ordered room service the following morning, and though the food was good, the menu was limited. Would choose to eat at the restaurant instead next time. Overnight parking was $24. Overall, great stay with a great staff. ...read more

This is a historic hotel in a great location. They REALLY need to consider updating the decor in both the public space and the guestrooms. It is VERY outdated for the price they charge per key.
Decor...

The location is great, close to shops, market and restaurants. The decor is outdated for the amount of money they charge.

Comfortable bed
Terrible service, no greeting upon arrival, front entrance was locked until another guest unlocked it. Valet is $24 per car and no self parking is available. I had to park my own car after driving around trying to find where to park since the front desk w
