Location on the water and in Jack London Square was wonderful. Good gym facility. Friendly staff at front desk and with room service and cleaning staff.

Location - room had a view of the boats.
The room was smelly, needed to be aired out.
The people working at the hotel were nice, the rooms were welcoming. It seems that some of the staff are new to the hospitality business, as sometimes there was delay or confusion on how to proceed with some of my requests, but these were minor things.
