Bed is extremely comfortable, location is excellent.
Valet parking is generally quick but location is at times difficult and they are routinely overrun.

The Westin is exceptional for the price. LA Prime is one of the best spots to dine in LA! Rooms are adequately sized but very clean and the beds are 4 Star+. I will stay at the Westin again.

Remarkable room with a great view of the city.
Valet parking is so overpriced: $39. I don't care if it's downtown L.A., that's ridiculous.

Wish they would link parking to the hotel bill. tipping constantly for your car is annoying.

I've stayed here many many times and will stay again. Comfortable rooms although some beds have been a little soft lately. The rooms are small. Rooms with 2 bed have 'full' size beds. Works well enough for the 2 to 3 people sized group I travel with. Be prepared for a pricey parking lot. The hotel has nice businesses in a mall-like atmosphere, even a night club. The grounds are above street level and include nice patios and green space. Rooms include all the customary amenities. Lovely views from the rooms. ...read more

Shopping and restaurants were in the hotel, did not have to leave to eat dinner.
Confusing layout with multiple towers and elevators.

Hotel was very nice for the price I paid. Rooms and public spaces were clean, staff was nice. Biggest complaint is $38 a night valet parking, with no self-parking available. We ate at the Brewhouse, which was surprisingly good. You could eat on the patio overlooking the pool, however we chose to eat inside. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the main lobby, and had a delicious omelet. ...read more

Small room with adjoining door. Could hear the person in the next room coughing from 5 AM on.

Nice place, parking is bad. $38/day to leave your car. Not good.

Very little open in Downtown LA and the hotel bar closed very early.
