Very clean.

Over priced for the avg traveler was not there on business paid for this myself for our anniversary expected a lot more wife was disappointed.

Hotel was OK but not 4 star expected more guess I just had my hopes up for our anniversary.

We had a beautiful view of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff very welcoming.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced so we dined out.

We celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday during this stay. The hotel was fantastic! It was very quiet and relaxing and the staff very nice!

The hotel room were clean, beds were great! bathrooms were clean, the bathrobe was an added plus.

We stayed there one night. Didn't get to find anything wrong with the hotel.

Westin river north hotel is one I'll remember in a good way and if I can go back there each time I will.

The elevators were very fast. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Parking was a bit high. We used a lot around the corner and saved about $25.

Very clean and an appropriate level of service when we needed it.

Convenient location with comfortable bed.

Staff was not knowledgeable about Chicago area.

The hotel is rated as four stars, but seems much like a 3 star Marriott. The concierge was confused about restaurants in the area and had no recommendations. I was told that the sauna was broken, and I never knew if they had a swimming pool.
