Hotel Guest Reviews of the Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I thought the quality of towels and linens were not quite up to that of a standard 3 and a half star hotel.

It is a nice large room with an awesome view of the sports centers and if you want to go to a game you could probably walk from here. I like having a bathrobe available so I can go down to the pool. The pool and gym are great and have everything you need
Like most hotels, if you look at the air vents in the bathroom they are not the cleanest. The room was clean overall - just not perfect. I could walk to everything downtown, but nothing is really open in downtown Pittsburgh on the weekend.

This deal could not be beat. The hotel has a descent pool and nice gym and a hot tub. They even have workout clothes and shoes if you forgot yours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Close to the Strip Market District which was interesting.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to all the restaurants and bars on Penn and Liberty, shopping areas, Market Square and the Consol Energy Centre.
It is looking a little dated in the common areas. Parking was expensive at $20 a night.

Great choice - super comfortable bed. Was disappointed that we could not get a king size bed for the Priceline deal which was annoying for a romantic weekend away.

Fantastic location, neat and spacious. But the beds were too small for two people since we had to share one with our six year old.there was no fridge, no ice machine closer to our rooms. Parking wasn't free. Ironing board too old.
Parking and fridge and the beds.

The hotel was great and exactly what we needed. Pet friendly which was a huge plus since we were traveling with our dogs.
Food was not great and overpriced.

We were very happy staying in the hotel, and for the price that we paid it was excellent!!! They were pet friendly and the staff was very nice. The food left a lot to be desired, but overall we had a wonderful stay and the bed was extremely comfortable.
