The staff were exceptional in every regard. The design, features, space, attention to detail was all exceptional. Sadly, the beach was filthy. Littered with garbage, empty beverage containers and general debris from the sea. It was also a very disorganized space. If the beach does not mater to you this is the place to be...if the beach matters find another location.

This is our favorite hotel in the Hallandale Beach area. We've stayed here numerous times and have always loved it!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights after a cruise in late January. We booked it with a great price on Priceline. It is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel at which we have ever stayed. We came off the cruise ship and arrived late morning. Although it was only 11:30 a.m., our room was ready for us. We asked for a room with an ocean view and were given one on the 9th floor. We could have paid more for an upgrade with a balcony, but we had a beautiful floor to ceiling window which opened to enable us to hear the crashing of the waves. The room was perfect in every way. They have two very large pools including an infinity pool and both are heated. You are just a few steps from the beach. The lobby has free wifi and is a very comfortable area in which to sit. There are on site restaurants which are quite pricey. We took the trolley which stops on site every 30 further down to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk where there is a variety of venues. There is both a pizza/sub shop and a 7-11 within a ten minute walk for supplies. There is a Walmart which is a twenty minute walk over the bridge. Our only complaint was that after the first night, we spent the day at the pool and on the beach. When we returned to our room after 3 p.m. to get cleaned up, the room sill had not been serviced even thought the housekeeper saw us leave close to six hours earlier. Although checkout time is noon, we had a late afternoon flight. We had our bags stored after 11 a.m. and used the pool and beach front until we left the hotel for the airport at 3 p.m. ...read more

This resort is absolutely beautiful. It even has its own traffic light on A1A! Great beach...perfect location...easy to get around.
