Hotel Guest Reviews of the Windsong Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 10, 2012

Beautiful hotel, great staff except one gentleman who was rude and condescending. Great pool & beach, great snorkeling, just steps away. The rest of the area is very pricey and frankly not worth it.

The resort lived up to almost all expectations. The beach was beautiful, the pool was nice, and the bartender knew how to pour a good strong drink.

New. Clean. Very attentive staff. Free parking. Free internet. Small enough that even if you’re on the back of property, it’s not very far to the beach.

awesome spacious suits.
Perfect location, beautiful rooms. Each suite has fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Complimentary shuttle offers run to the local grocery store and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only complain I have is the fact that we could not get any extra blankets for the kids. each time we ask for one we got yet another flat sheet. It was chilly at the night (air conditioned room) and it took us two days to get another blanket. The hotel even offers cheep phone calls to USA ($0.30 per minute any where in the world). The small suite (bedroom, living room and kitchen) had two TV's with DVD players and iPod friendly alarm clock/speaker system. Each room has incredible view of the ocean and the hotel is located on the beach. Great swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Fully operational SPA across the small street (more like a dirt road) We would definitely stay there again. By the way child care at the reasonable rates is available as well. ...
