Stink, stank, stunk! Our non smoking room smelled of smoke something awful! Paint and stains on the blankets. Towels stained in the bathroom.

It was so bad that we chose to drive 2 hours home at midnight and did not use the room at all. We told the guy at the desk how bad it was and all he offered was to change the sheets. There was no offer of our money back. So we were out $150 for our rooms and would rather lose the money over sleeping in the dirty rooms.

It was a dump ! in a dumpy part of town!

Needs to be updated ! The whole mix up with getting booked in a smoking room was stressful. They do have a smoking room at he hotel I believe. Which I thought was illegal. When booking on your site it did not state smoking . When I called the hotel they stated I was given the last room which was a smoking room. Then I called your company . The area was questionable (locals told us to be careful). The room was disgusting. There were holes in the ceiling and walls. The toilet ran all night. There were almost no outlets, and the TV and half of the lights didn't work.
