I love the staff at the front lobby, the were very polite. The cleanness of the room was excellent and very spacious. Overall, I had a great experience with Wingate.

Proximity to where I was staying.
Curtains did not close on a ground floor room. Noisy - - lot of dog owners staying at hotel shouting at their dogs. The breakfast was about the worst I have seen at a hotel. I picked up an orange and bannana each day and left.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and beds were so comfortable
Although the rooms were great, we were awoken at 7am to construction on the roof and were not informed about the construction from the clerk that had put us in a room right above the construction. I do want my money back for sure.
The rooms need black out curtains for sure. One for more privacy and two to be able to sleep past the sun coming up. The staff should have informed its customers of the construction going on I would have given this hotel a 10 if I didn't wake up at 7am from them starting construction after only 3 hrs sleep. They should have done more than just move us to a different room they should have comped our night. ...

Front desk staff was nice.
Breakfast was terrible. Circuit blew when waffle maker was used. Eggs were frozen and had to be microwaved (which also blew circuit). Eggs were not replenished when gone. No ice machine on our floor.
Room was clean. Breakfast poor. Price good.

Only two luggage carts for the ENTIRE HOTEL! Was not an ice machine on every floor. Breakfast was late on Sat. Morning, breaker kept tripping if the (1) microwave and waffle iron was in use at same time!......nightmare!

Staff was curtious. Room was in good shape
We stayed overnight after picking up a new Porsche at Hennessey. The room was fitting of the car. Could have used more secure parking. Also would have been nice to have a pool but the spa was clean and well kept. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Better than average breakfast, decent snacks @ manager's reception (chips, nachos & hot cheese, nuts, beer, wine & sodas). Quiet.
Tthe omelets were not fresh, but overall the breakfast was good.
there is an indoor hot tub. I wish I had known. The halls smell like cookies in the oven!
