Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wingate By Wyndham Arlington
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(8) | Solo Traveler(3) | Traveling as Couple(19) | Family with Young Children(14) | Family with Teens(7) | Senior Traveler(3) | Group Traveler(1)

Convenient location, close to shuttle service to Six Flags, Texas Stadium, & Rangers Stadium. Easy access to Interstate highways.
Large blood, mucous spot on comforter. Some of the front desk staff was great, some were awful. Hotel did not have restaurant or bar. Vending machine prices were consistently higher than marked. This hotel is a 2 1/2 star hotel, not a 3 star.
No restaurant, no club, no bell service. Vending machines were improperly priced, a ripoff. Bed linen not sanitary. The Wingate was also overrated star level by Priceline. Hotels like this give Priceline a black eye.

Hotel kept Xerox copies of personal information such as driver's license. Did not like that my personal information would be kept in a paper file. Breakfast was lacking. Eggs were frozen "egg patties" and they did not keep the buffet adequately stocked.

They first put us in a room beside a crying baby, so I asked if they had any other rooms. Unfortunately, the new room was right next to the elevators and ice machine. You would think that if I wanted a quiter room, one would not move me by the elevators.

great location!
I did not like the fact that it only one bed. Was expecting 2 beds in the room. Also after arriving at the hotel, I expected to unwind at the hottub, but it was not working.

Beautiful location, very safe feeling. Walked across parking lot to eat at Boston's. Enjoyed making Texas shaped waffles. Had a great continental breakfast.
Vending machine was out of order so went a couple of blocks away to a gas station.
Very comfortable bed with nice linens. Plush towels. Great place to stay.

Robert, the shuttle driver, and the rest of the staff were all amazing.
Nothing.
We used the shuttle to get to and from the surrounding area and our shuttle driver was an amazing person. He absolutely made our visit. His daughter works the front desk and another lady also. Absolutely helpful, real all stars.
