The rooms are spacious, well -equipped and modern as good as many 4 star. The location is perfect right off the highway near restaurants and shopping. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff.
The only downside was the Internet. It was off more than on and never worked on an iPad. Lucily they had ether net cords to plug in or I would have been unable to work. Hopefully that situation will be fully remedied by next year.
This hotel is very clean and modern, like a 4 star without the extra add-ons that those hotels charge. It's a bit tricky to find coming off 75 from the north. You must get into the left lane as soon as you pass under the highway into a special lane for this hotel. Coming from the south, you must do a u-turn to enter the road.

Hard to find.

Rooms were just OK. Hotel had refigerator and microwave. Breakfast in the AM.
The hotel was changing ownership. Equipment noise into the evening until 11PM. Hotel and room had an odor. Juice machine was not operating well. No coffee in the evening. Could not locate hotel due to name change. Bath need updating and toilet repairing.

Large room very clean and quiet helpfull staff, good breakfast
We were caught in the middle of renovations and change of owenership from Wyndahm to Holiday Inn Express. There were painters and workers everywhere. They were non obtrusive and curteous.
A little out of the way if your focus is the beeches but otherwise a very nice place. Local resturants abound an shopping is wall to wall. I would stay there again.

The room was very big. It had 2 TVs and a nice couch. Good microwave and refrigerator. Decent breakfast - good choices.
Alot. The location was horrible - very difficult to see/find. Construction was being done on all sides. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, got a room with 1 king bed. We had two people in the room - 2 bath towels, one face towel and one washcloth, except
on the last day when we got zero washclothes. I had to ask for more tissues. I asked for more toilet paper every day we were there because they gave us one roll. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

We were not given enough towels for two people, in either room. Hotel was under construction and we had to enter from a side door. Very difficult for my handicap mother. I wish I had been informed so we could have picked another Hotel.Two difficult days .

That the front entrance was under construction
Bathroom counter and sink was too high. With 2 people in the room there were 2 bath towels but only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. They would leave 2 only when asked.

The room had ample space. Location was good, not fantastic and staff were pleasant and helpful.
They were in the midst of switching over to Holiday Inn Express, so construction going on. We had asked for a room on the upper floor, however they were unable to accommodate us.
Nice, roomy breakfast area and fully stocked hot and cold breakfast foods.

It was a very beautiful, clean hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
The people who occupied the room next to us. They were very loud until very very late at night.
Very friendly staff! Very clean and quiet area. Hotel was clean and rooms were very comfortable. Just like being at home.
