I loved the staff and the price. It was a very good experience
no I loved everything

I will give this hotel a 10 because it was nothing that I did not like at this hotel. I will be staying there anytime I visit Charlotte again and I will recommend it to family and friends

The first room I was given was actually occupied, the front desk was out of toothpaste, and though I asked to be signed up for the airport shuttle when I checked in, I wasn't on the list for the shuttle the next morning.

Nice rooms. Nice gym.
The person that was restocking the breakfast bar kept on acting like the guest were in her way. Seemed a litte rude.

Nice quiet location. Not too far from town but far enough to be really quiet.

The shower head had different settings for different water pressure
Room was not size shown in pictures, water for sink/shower did not get very hot and did not last long. Heating unit did not work properly. Blowed warm air a little then cold a lot, when 'fixed' it blew warm nonstop and if touched it wouldn't work at all.

The location was good for what we needed, some staff was friendly, others were not. Charged us wrong price at first because they couldn't find our reservation. The water temp was horrible, ad the heat/air situation was unbearable- we purchased out own small heater so we wouldn't get too hot/cold since unit was unreliable. the room was awesome! enjoyed the large tub...very helpful staff
children running around all hours of the night, knocking on my door...people talking loudly, doors slamming...i left after only staying in my room 8 or 9 hours

i would definitely give this hotel another try, but would ask to stay on an upper floor away from the elevator. the beds are comfy, the staff is courteous and helpful, the facility is clean. i couldn't have asked for a better hotel...just wish the other customers would have helped make my staff enjoyable.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. There's a nice pantry area with everything you could possibly want. It's right near the interstate (I-77) although it's easy to miss unless you look for the road sign that says Wingate or the quick turnin (one-way)
Just the turnin, other than that, everything was fantastic.

I would definitely stay here again. The amenities and the staff are great. It provides a good night's rest, has a big gym for a hotel, and they have a really full-blown breakfast bar in the mornings. Can't go wrong!
