The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. The room and pool areas were very clean. My family does not travel often so there was concern about bed bugs, but there were none. The breakfast was wonderful. Great selection.
Overall the hotel was great. One suggestion I have would be that they install a clock in the pool area. The hotel walls weren't has sound proof and I would prefer.
We were very pleased with the hotel. We would definitely stay again. The location is good. There were office buildings next to it so not much noise. There is a local airport nearby but we didn't even notice it. It was just a mile or two off I-71 and only about a 20 minute trip to downtown Cincinnati. There were restaurants and stores within a 3 mile radius. The price was very reasonable especially since a wonderful breakfast was included. ...

Clean and great location.
This hotel was a great place to stay. It was a nice neighborhood, easy to get to. It was clean and the check-in staff were friendly. Until 8 in the morning, when housekeeping knocked on the door and as they were knocking opened the door which was not bolted at the time because one of the kids had gone down to breakfast. I have never had housekeeping open the door on me without giving me a chance to answer. That was the only part that was not OK.

The beds were nice and the breakfast was good.
The pay per view was 15.00 dollars, pool had to much chlorine in it,no toliet paper 2nd day.

Very attentive, helpful staff! Nice to have an indoor pool and fitness equipment.
