Generally a nice hotel. Front desk clerk was friendly, quick & efficient. Housekeeping could use a lesson from him, though. My mother was sick in the room and someone had taken our D.N.D. sign from our door. I asked for another one so she would not be disturbed while I was gone. One of the two that were cleaning on that floor said she would bring one and then went ahead with what she was doing so I knew I needed to go to her to get one, the other was on her cell phone earlier when I asked for a cleaning supply and didn't offer to go get some. Our bathroom floor was so sticky it pulled my shoe prints so the floor looked & felt dirty. However, the room itself was extremely clean & comfortable. Choice of soft or firmer pillows was nice. Comfortable mattress. Towels were thick & soft. Loved that they're going more eco-friendly. Loved that it was a smoke free hotel. Would stay there again. ...

We were put in a handicap room. Couldn't blow dry my hair because the bathroom flooded when we showered. The noise from kids in room above us was very disturbing and nothing would be done about it.
